Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision for Associate Therapists

Growing Into the Therapist You Are Becoming

The early years of clinical work are both meaningful and stretching. Supervision is more than completing hours; it is a space to strengthen your skills, develop confidence, and clarify your professional voice.

My supervision integrates reflective discussion with structured, skill-building guidance. We will engage in case conceptualization and treatment planning through an EMDR and/or DBT-informed lens, helping you think systematically and intervene intentionally.

Our work may include:

• EMDR and DBT-informed case conceptualization

• Practical treatment planning

• Ethical clarity and boundaries

• Developing your therapeutic voice

• Understanding client dynamics and countertransference

• Nervous system awareness and clinician sustainability

My style is relational, thoughtful, and appropriately instructional, offering both steady support and clear clinical direction.
